Service Rates as of 1st June 2026

Virus/Malware Removal - Fixed rate - (Return usually within 1 or 2 days) - $120.


Private Rates:

House Calls - $120/hour. After the first hour the rate is based on every 15 minutes (i.e. $30.00).

Callout Fee - Outside of Okotoks Town Limits $30.00.

'5 Minute' Fixes - Minimum charge for fixes that take 15 minutes or less $30.

Business Rates: - $150/hour. After the first hour the rate is based on every 15 minutes (i.e. $37.50).

Callout Fee - Outside of Okotoks Town Limits $30.00.

'5 Minute' Fixes - Minimum charge for fixes that take 15 minutes or less $30.

Annual Contract Rate 12 months of service at $190 per month

Half-Yearly Contract Rate 6 months of service at $215 per month

Quarterly Contract Rate 3 months of service at $230 per month

ALL Contracts include the following:
First 2 hours of service per month FREE, next 10 hours per month @ $100/hour, then $115/hour.

Business contracts for customers who are based outside the Okotoks town limits will be charged for callout based on the following criteria:

Annual Contracts: First 2 callouts FREE then $25 per service call.
Half-Yearly Contracts: First 2 callouts FREE then $30 per service call.
Quarterly Contracts: $30 per service call.
